Homestead Bakery is a sourdough bakery in Kula, Hawaii. We specialize in colorful sourdough boules made with organic superfood ingredients.
Each loaf is naturally leavened with wild yeast and cold fermented for 24 hours to enhance flavor and digestibility. Our methods are inspired by the love of tradition and slow living movement.
